RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Store Credit or Exchange Only — No Cash Back

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for online orders and 10 days for in-store purchases.
After that window, we can’t offer a return or exchange. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Once your return is received and approved, a store credit (electronic gift card) will be issued to your account within 3–5 business days.
As a small, locally owned boutique, we do not issue refunds or cash back under any circumstances.

Canceled Order & Transaction Fee: If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, a non-refundable 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded total. Once a shipping label has been generated, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and all shipping fees remain non-refundable.


DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are fully inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please submit a request within 24 hours of receiving it through your order history.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a label, that cost will be deducted from your store credit for a fee of $7.95.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for returns over $75.
