We suggest you hand wash or machine wash items alone or with like colors and fabrics. When machine-washing it is best to use a gentle cycle and always wash in cool water with a mild soap. Remove immediately when wash is complete – hang or lay flat to dry. Never use harsh chemicals on your items. For best results, we suggest following the instructions on the garment tags as wash instructions may vary slightly.

Our policy lasts 14 days for web orders and 10 days for in store purchases. If 14 days have gone by since you have made your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. All sale items are a final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. 

To complete your return, please submit a return request in your account history. Once we receive your return you will be issued an electronic gift card to the email account on file within 3-5 business days. We do not issue refunds or cash back under any circumstances as we are a small locally owned establishment. 

All items are fully inspected prior to packing orders to ensure that your items are in excellent condition. In the instance that you do in fact receive an item that is defective, you will have 24 hours upon receiving the item to submit a damage request. To submit a request please refer to your order history.
