Our return policy lasts 14 days for web orders and 10 days for in-store purchases. If this time frame has passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or store credit. All sale items are a FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To complete your return, please submit a return request through your account history. Once your return is received and approved, an electronic gift card will be issued to the email on file within 1-3 business days.
We do not issue refunds or cash back under any circumstances, as we are a small, locally owned business.
All items are fully inspected prior to packing to ensure they are in excellent condition.
If you receive an item that is defective, you must submit a damage request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Canceled Order & Transaction Fee Policy
Once an order is placed, it is immediately submitted for payment processing. If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, a non-refundable 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded total to cover the credit-card processing fees charged to our small business.
